Enterprise Sales Professional

Trend Micro Europe is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth in the UK, working closely with key decision-makers to develop customer relationships and acquire new enterprise-level sales opportunities.
About the Position:
- You will work closely with the Commercial Leadership team to define and execute new customer acquisition plans, meeting and exceeding quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities with target accounts in the private/commercial sector.
- You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from start to finish, winning new accounts and developing the customer relationship, working with Technical & Customer Success teams to onboard and take customers on the Trend Micro journey.
- Leverage sales and marketing data, using prospecting tools such as 6Sense, Priority Engine, and Sales Navigator to develop sales opportunities, open doors into new accounts, and drive customer engagement.
- Work closely with SDR and lead generation/marketing teams to turn sales and marketing leads into customer opportunities and sales actions.
- Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VARs to enable rapid growth.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and ensure close plan accuracy using MEDDPICC.
- Provide management with feedback, territory business plans, and industry focus to drive market opportunity/share and identification of new business opportunities.
- Effectively engage and build cooperative relationships with sales resources: SE, Channel, Marketing, and specialist sales team and executives as required.
Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
- Articulate portfolio sales across products, solutions, and services.
- Demonstrate strong sales skills and high-level technical and business acumen in both our industry and industry being sold into.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of new logo attainment within the B2B Technology sector – cyber security an advantage, but not essential.
- High levels of achievement against quota and experience developing new relationships with senior-level executive-level customers.
- Proven ability to articulate a portfolio sale across products, solutions, and services.
- Can demonstrate strong sales skills and high-level technical and business acumen in both our industry and industry being sold into.
- Able to work with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas in the target market by selling and closing complex solutions to end customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills – able to engage, think on your feet, and present business value to prospective customers.
- Results-oriented with a passion for over-achieving sales targets.
- A self-starter, very self-sufficient, and confident in the ability to succeed in this role.
