About the Job

We are partnering with a rapidly growing UK Catering Equipment/Maintenance provider to recruit a Commercial Account Manager to oversee relationships across their fastest-growing divisions. The role involves travel across the South East and London areas, with a mix of remote work and occasional office visits in Maidenhead.

The focus is on building relationships and maintaining attention to detail. You will engage in F2F & virtual meetings with customers, prepare spend reports, analyze trends, renew contracts, and discuss ways to help them achieve their requirements – all while maintaining high-quality service standards.

You will have key customers and be expected to know each one in detail. You will use contacts from one key account to another, along with peer references, to open doors, and be part of the team setting industry standards for professional sales and aftercare, as well as equipment fixing and maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact and maintain personal relationships with key stakeholders across the estate.
  • Liaise with field-based operational colleagues to ensure transparency and delivery of KPIs and SLAs.
  • Achieve pre-agreed retention rates of contracts via annual targets managed monthly.
  • Participate in networking opportunities.
  • Manage and complete sales reports on a weekly basis, providing commentary and forecast information.
  • Maintain accurate customer records.
  • Report on performance weekly and monthly, as well as update CRM with details.
What We Offer

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
