Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Beaverbrook. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests from the moment they arrive until they depart.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Parking and handling guest vehicles with care
  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient arrival experience for our guests
  • Providing information and assistance to guests throughout their stay

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license is essential
  • Must be over 21 years old to meet insurance requirements

Salary and Benefits:

£25,200 per annum, plus a variable service charge
