About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Strategist to join our team at Principality Building Society. As a key member of our workforce planning function, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering an operational workforce planning capability that aligns with our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver an operational workforce planning capability across the Principality group
  • Workforce planning and forecasting to cover operational demands
  • Oversee the reconciliation of monthly performance across the group
  • Manage design changes to ensure they align with business needs
  • Forecast all operational demand types and staffing requirements based on historical data, and identify trends and business needs
  • Assist with training and mentoring of all workforce planning colleagues to ensure competency
  • Monitor real-time data to ensure all peak activities and shortfalls are monitored and plans in place to ensure service level agreements
Requirements
  • Strong experience in managing workforce planning activities
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data & make sound decisions
  • Experience of using workforce management software and tools to forecast call volumes & create schedules
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables and data techniques
  • Strong diligence and accuracy, with the ability to analyze data and identify patterns & trends
