About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Manager to join our team at Principality Building Society. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce planning capabilities and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an operational workforce planning strategy to optimize our people resources and drive business outcomes.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement changes that align with business needs.
  • Forecast operational demand and staffing requirements to ensure optimal coverage and service level agreements.
  • Oversee the reconciliation of monthly performance and monitor real-time data to ensure peak activities and shortfalls are addressed.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in managing workforce planning activities and a proven track record of driving business outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data techniques.
  • Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a challenging environment.
