Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workforce Planning Analyst to join our team at Companies House. As a key member of our Workforce Planning team, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's future workforce strategy.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing workforce planning processes and models to forecast and analyze future workforce requirements.
  • Collaborating with business partners to understand future workforce needs and develop strategic workforce plans.
  • Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive organizational success.
  • Designing and implementing data visualizations and reporting tools to communicate workforce planning insights to stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in workforce planning and analytics.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in strategic workforce planning and analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics tools and software, including Microsoft Power BI.
  • CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards it.
