Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workforce Planning Analyst to join our team at Companies House. As a key member of our Workforce Planning team, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's future workforce strategy.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing workforce planning processes and models to forecast future workforce needs.
  • Collaborating with business partners to understand future workforce requirements and facilitate strategic workforce planning.
  • Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Designing and implementing data visualizations and reporting tools to support workforce planning.
  • Working closely with HR and business stakeholders to develop and implement workforce planning strategies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in strategic workforce planning and analytics.
  • Strong data visualization and reporting skills, with experience using tools like Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with HR systems and data.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
