Business Development Manager

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the transition to a more energy efficient grid. Our goal is to deliver exceptional business outcomes and drive growth through data quality, sales force effectiveness, and commercial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to support sales force productivity analysis, resource allocation, and territory coverage.
- Support the Regional Commercial and Tendering Leader in preparing the monthly Commercial Review and Operational Rhythm.
- Participate in budget setting, long-term strategy planning, and marketing plan development by providing business insights and ensuring information package delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Significant experience in Sales Operations tools and processes.
- Ability to work effectively across functions and motivate & inspire others.
