About the Role:
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the transition to a more energy efficient grid. Our goal is to deliver exceptional business outcomes and drive growth through data quality, sales force effectiveness, and commercial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to support sales force productivity analysis, resource allocation, and territory coverage.
  2. Support the Regional Commercial and Tendering Leader in preparing the monthly Commercial Review and Operational Rhythm.
  3. Participate in budget setting, long-term strategy planning, and marketing plan development by providing business insights and ensuring information package delivery.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Significant experience in Sales Operations tools and processes.
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and motivate & inspire others.
