Job Title: Sales and Business Development Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a Sales and Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation through prospecting and nurturing client relationships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from raw lead to closed sale.
  • Develop tailored proposals and quotes to meet client needs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the industry and the company's product offerings.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, including call numbers and revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience in lead generation, consultative sales, and customer nurturing.
  • Familiarity with cleaning supplies or FM industry (ideal, but not essential).
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
