Business Development Representative

At Universal Business Team, we're seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you'll be responsible for expanding our reach within the FM sector, leveraging your skills in lead generation and customer engagement to drive business growth.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus a rewarding bonus scheme with potential earnings of up to £10,000 in commission annually.
The successful candidate will have experience in lead generation, consultative sales, and customer nurturing. They'll also possess strong consultative selling skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
In this role, you'll have the autonomy to develop your own sales pipeline while being supported by a dynamic and experienced team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Lead generation through prospecting and nurturing client relationships.
- Managing the full sales cycle, from raw lead to closed sale.
- Developing tailored proposals and quotes to meet client needs.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the industry and the company's product offerings.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs, including call numbers and revenue goals.
