Job Title: Desk Based Sales Executive

Overview:

Pareto, a leading provider of innovative solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Desk Based Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research prospective clients using various channels to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Generate leads and maintain an up-to-date pipeline on our CRM system to ensure seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to clients, highlighting the benefits and unique selling points.
  • Execute on outbound sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to refine sales techniques and strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Interact regularly with clients, service managers, and project managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level with a strong academic background and relevant work experience in sales or account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Target-driven and resilient with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently and proactively, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
