ACCOUNT MANAGER - FRAGRANCE (MULTI BRAND)

FULL TIME POSITION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be accountable for propelling business growth to achieve overall sales targets while adhering to Coty's customer service and sales benchmarks. Ensuring top-notch execution for your account is paramount.

Your primary objectives include:

Meeting monthly sales goals and maintaining company KPIs Organizing and executing customer events to uphold brand integrity Fostering effective relationships with mobile consultants and expanding networks within the Coty team in your region Cultivating customer relationships to influence sales and drive upselling opportunities Acting as a brand ambassador, safeguarding the equity of Coty brands while complying with company uniform and grooming standards

As an Account Manager, you will manage a standalone account while collaborating closely with various departments, including the Retail Management Team, Visual Merchandising Team, National Account Manager, Regional Education Ambassador, and Area Manager. Your colleagues are sales-driven fragrance specialists within our extensive fragrance portfolio. ARE YOU A COTY FIT?

As an Account Manager in the beauty retail sector, you possess a profound passion for fragrances and luxury brands, treating the business as if it were your own. You thrive in a dynamic and diverse environment.

In addition, you should:

Have a robust sales background Possess knowledge and experience in the fragrance industry Be proficient in using an iPad for email, reporting, and visual merchandising guidelines Demonstrate the ability to establish strong relationships with Store Managers and Area Managers
