The Account Executive will play a leading role in driving the company's growth and revenue through strategic new customer acquisition This role is about more than sales; it's about making a profound impact.

This role offers a unique chance to contribute across multiple fronts, while aligning with our future growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and build relationships with senior (HR) executives within small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and larger enterprises to drive sales outcomes in the UK."
  • Present Thomas solutions in a tailored way, that aligns seamlessly with the unique business context and desired goals of each potential client
  • Attain annual booking targets by consistently adhering to quarterly pacing and successful delivery.
  • Pursue fresh leads among potential prospects, both in a responsive and proactive manner, within the assigned account territory. Additionally, initiate personal outreach efforts to engage key prospects
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team and cross functional sales peers to support knowledge share and develop best practices
  • Access new prospects within our target Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to expand our customer base.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to develop account plans tailored to the specific needs of clients referred as leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the alignment of campaigns with customer needs.
  • Offer valuable customer insights to enable product development of a best-in-class solution

Requirements

  • Results-oriented yet strongly collaborative approach.
  • Familiarity with and experience selling to the mid-market segment.
  • Proficient and engaging communicator with C-level executives, particularly in virtual settings.
  • Familiarity with selling to professional decision-makers in small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and larger enterprises.
  • Exceptional proficiency in utilizing Salesforce CRM, including effective forecasting.
  • Documented success in selling SaaS solutions.
  • Adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
