**What do Senior PR Account Executives do at BWP?**
Our PR SAEs are the backbone of the PR team. You will work alongside the wider PR team to deliver effective PR and communication strategies that drive brand awareness and communicate our clients’ key messages.
You’ll spend most of your time in ‘client delivery mode’, providing Account Managers and Account Directors with the day-to-day support and administration they need to drive forward campaign delivery including:
- **Media sell-in** - you’ll be building and using your own enviable little black book of media contacts.
- **Copywriting **- drafting press releases, blogs, opinion pieces, social content.
- **Actively participating** in brainstorms and meetings.
- **Reporting **- attending status calls, writing status reports, drafting monthly reports.
Your role will also involve:
- **Client liaison** - building and maintaining healthy client relationships, maintaining regular contact with clients and managing their expectations (directly or through your Account Manager) rather than agreeing to unrealistic requests.
- **Managing a smaller client account** - increasing your levels of client contact and campaign delivery and developing the skills you need to become an Account Manager.
- **Helping to generate proposals** for new business development.

**What do I need to showcase in my CV to stand out?**
We're looking for someone with **1.5-2 years of demonstrable experience in a PR agency or PR-related role** who is ready to increase their levels of client contact and campaign delivery and start to manage client accounts themselves.
- Enjoys and has experience of the more traditional aspects of PR and Comms.
- Has real estate / property PR experience and a little black book of media contacts in this industry.
- Knows what makes news and is able to wield the many tools in a PR’s belt.
- Possesses the journalistic skills required to tell a story in infinite, compelling ways.
- Has strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills and can quickly, easily and confidently build strong working relationships with the media, clients and suppliers.
- Isn’t afraid to say what you think and challenges expectations and assumptions. Enjoys pushing boundaries and finding new, creative ways of doing things (embodying our value Brave).
