About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Partner Retail Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, enhancing the customer's brand experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
  • Records Management: Accurately record and update customer interactions and sales data in our call centre databases.
  • Training and Development: Utilize our internal training platform to stay up-to-date with product and process knowledge, ensuring seamless delivery of customer service.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, maintaining a positive and professional tone.
Requirements
  • Passion for Customer Service: Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building sustainable relationships.
  • Commercial Awareness: Possess a commercially-minded approach to every customer interaction, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems and software, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Deliverables
  • Multi-Channel Support: Provide support via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries.
  • Customer Escalations: Manage customer escalations through to a satisfactory conclusion, maintaining a positive and professional tone.
  • Business Metrics: Work towards pre-defined targets, including sales, customer satisfaction, and service metrics, driving business growth and revenue.
