Key Responsibilities- Complaint Intake and Resolution: Receive and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers in a clear and concise manner, providing them with accurate and timely information regarding their complaints.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all customer complaints are documented and tracked, and that all necessary steps are taken to prevent similar complaints from occurring in the future.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Information, to ensure that customer complaints are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in designated products, including knowledge of product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Language Skills: Fluent Spanish speaking and reading skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in Spanish.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a college or associate degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or quality assurance role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
