As a key member of our Customer Service, Business to Consumer team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Order Management: Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to resolve queries and issues.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints and escalate to relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and provide feedback to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-commerce or customer service.
