Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring a positive experience and building long-term relationships.

  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions and alternatives to meet their requirements.
  • Manage customer records and data across our call centre databases.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and processes through internal training and development.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and support, meeting or exceeding performance targets.
Requirements
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Commercially aware and able to approach conversations with a sales mindset.
  • Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of the retail industry and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Computer literate and proficient in using business systems and platforms.
Deliverables
  • Deliver multi-channel support to customers, including phone, email, and in-store support.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and store teams to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize impact on store operations.
  • Navigate various business platforms and systems to resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Manage customer escalations and resolve issues to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including sales, customer satisfaction, and service metrics.
