Join Motorsport UK, the national governing body for motorsport in the UK, as we seek a highly skilled and experienced Head of Commercial Partnerships to lead our commercial partnerships strategy.
About the Role:
The Head of Commercial Partnerships will be responsible for driving new and recurring commercial partner revenues into Motorsport UK. This will involve developing and executing a comprehensive commercial partnerships strategy, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining relationships with existing partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a commercial partnerships strategy to drive new and recurring revenue streams
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building
- Build and maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure timely rights delivery and continuity of business
- Manage and develop a team of commercial staff to support the delivery of commercial partnerships objectives
- Provide commercial and partnership-based insight to internal projects and stakeholders across the organisation
- Monitor and report on commercial funnels and partnership results to inform business decisions
- Manage commercial partnership budgets and ensure effective financial management
Requirements:
- Proven track record in securing significant third-party commercial partner revenue for sports propositions
- Experience in developing and executing commercial partnerships strategies
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage and develop a team of commercial staff
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly conversant in Microsoft Office products
