This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our Leamington Spa and Guildford offices, with national and international travel where required. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.
Key Responsibilities- Lead our global strategy, managing network development processes and systems to develop partnerships with the best globally in automotive luxury retail.
- Drive evolution based on the company's business vision & commercial strategy, in line with our exciting product portfolio and defined brand guidelines.
- Work closely with Product, Pricing, Brand, Financial Services, and Aftersales to deliver an outstanding Global network.
- Extensive senior Global network leadership experience in automotive with an OEM.
- Demonstratable experience in retail PoS development, globally both D2C and franchised exposure.
- Business case development and 'what if' analysis experience.
- Ability to work in a scale-up organisation with a positive, agile & solution-driven head set.
- Strong commercial acumen with tuned Leadership skills.
- Results-oriented with strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize multiple objectives while meeting aggressive deadlines and financial targets.
- Values that reflect FORSEVEN brand values, with ability to inspire the team.
- Ability to work in the abstract, distil and create effective strategies.
- Have a demonstrable 'customer first' mindset.
- Business Degree Educated preferred.
