Senior Manager Business Development and Strategic Partnerships

Motorsport UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Commercial Partnerships to lead the acquisition of new commercial partners and sponsors. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new and recurring commercial partner revenues into the organisation. Key responsibilities include new partner acquisition, partner and relationship management, line management, commercial tenders, performance and monitoring, and representation. The ideal candidate will have a demonstratable track record in securing significant third-party commercial partner revenue for sports propositions and a background in developing new products, services, and commercial portfolios. Excellent commercial and communication skills, time management skills, and a flexible and responsive attitude are essential. The role requires a passion for delivering high-quality work, strong attention to detail, and the ability to generate meaningful insight on which to develop business cases. The successful candidate will be available to support numerous events throughout the year and will have a commitment to getting out and about at UK motorsport and other events, networking and building relationships.
