Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the finance function and providing strategic financial guidance to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the finance function and provide strategic financial guidance to the business
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide financial reporting and analysis to the management team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and lenders
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Manage a team of finance professionals and provide guidance and support as needed

Requirements

  • Qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA, or by Experience
  • Experience operating in a similar Finance position
  • System/process improvement experience is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Experience working in a high-growth business is beneficial
  • Strong systems / Excel skills
