Motorsport UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the acquisition of new commercial partners and sponsors. As Head of Commercial Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving new and recurring commercial partner revenues into the organisation. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Delivering new partnership revenues and leading on all new Commercial Partnership acquisitions across all Motorsport UK properties
* Responsible for account and relationship management of all contracted commercial partners
* Day-to-day line managing of Commercial Assistant, setting targets and direction for work streams
* Providing commercial and partnership-based insight with internal projects and stakeholders
* Responsibility for the monitoring and reporting of commercial funnels and partnership results

The ideal candidate will have a demonstratable track record in securing significant third-party commercial partner revenue for sports propositions. You will understand the importance of working collaboratively with partners to deliver projects. A flexible, responsive and can-do attitude is essential. You will be available to support numerous events throughout the year and have a passion for delivering high quality work with strong attention to detail. Excellent commercial and communication skills are required to negotiate a good deal. Time management skills and the ability to cope with numerous projects are also essential. Highly conversant in the range of Microsoft Office products is a must. Ability to generate meaningful insight on which to develop business cases is also required. A background and creative flair in developing new products, services, commercial portfolios and partnerships and delivering sustained business growth is highly desirable.
