Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager at Bicester Village, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of UK-based hotels, hotel chains, serviced apartments, and other accommodation providers. This will involve fostering strong relationships with these partners, analyzing data on occupancy rates, guest profiles, and hotel performance, and developing tailored strategies to boost guest footfall and track performance against targets.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Partner Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accommodation partners, including hotels, serviced apartments, and other hospitality providers.
  • 360-Degree Relationship Building: Maintain relationships across all hotel departments (Concierge, Reception, PR, Sales & Marketing & Events, GMs) for a holistic account management approach.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute strategies for 'Winning Partners' to drive double-digit growth within the allocated segments.
  • Market & Partner Intelligence: Analyze data on occupancy rates, guest profiles, and hotel performance to adapt strategies and strengthen partner relationships.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maximize opportunities by seeking new partners, managing underperforming relationships, and driving consistent double-digit growth.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; capable of building long-term relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Proficient in sales, networking, and strategic planning.
  • Commercial acumen and experience in marketing, partnerships, and the travel/hospitality industry.
  • Self-starter with high levels of accountability, responsibility, and organizational discipline.
