Job Overview: General Manager Needed

Salary: Up to £41,000 per annum
We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead our team in Bicester. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the unit, including finance, HR, and customer service.
Your key responsibilities will include managing budgets, leading cross-functional teams, and developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Around 08:00am to 16:00pm, Monday to Friday, contract type is permanent with an immediate start. IMPORTANT – Please only apply if you can attend the days and times above and have a Level 3 Food and Hygiene Certificate
NVQ Level 2 Culinary or equivalent, Food hygiene certificate – Level 3 are required for this position.
