Job Description:

This position demands an experienced professional who can oversee and execute multifaceted CRM and CX strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to optimize processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to drive business results.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven CRM and CX strategies to enhance customer experiences
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and meet performance targets
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a related field
  • Expertise in CRM and CX technologies, including Salesforce and Marketo
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Salary Range:

$145,000 - $175,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience

Work Location:

Gerrell & Hard HQ, New York, USA (occasional travel required)
