Commercial Director
Job Summary:

Our client, a leading security solutions provider, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Director to lead their sales and revenue generation efforts. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will achieve the overall budget revenue targets for each financial year through effective sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Coordinate customer services to minimize client loss rates
• Analyze market conditions, sales data, and financial reports to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop and manage annual budgets
• Review and sign off on various financial areas, including payroll, advances, sales ledger, and purchase ledger

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
• Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of business operations, finances, sales, and marketing tactics
• Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
