Business Development Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Director to lead our sales and revenue generation efforts. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will achieve the overall budget revenue targets for each financial year.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction by coordinating processes associated with implementing customer services
* Analyze and create strategic plans to deliver/exceed the company sales targets in line with the annual budget
* Review and sign off in various financial areas, including Payroll, Advances, Sales Ledger, and Purchase Ledger
* Participate in weekly sales and customer service meetings, attend business review meetings
Requirements:
* Analytical and creative thinking, partnered with a strategic mindset
* Deep understanding of business operations, finances, sales, and marketing tactics and market conditions
* Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
