Job Summary

Meridian Business Support is seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to establish a new Care Home scheme in Crewe.

This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities while developing your skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Allocate resources and monitor performance to ensure high-quality service delivery to Service Users within the allocated budget.
  2. Undertake regular audits of care through monitoring and analysis of documentation and observations of service users' experiences.
  3. Ensure service users' care plans are complete and maintained collectively with service users, their relatives, and other health professionals.
Leadership and Management
  1. Comply with and promote the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
  2. Support the Operations Director in recruitment, induction, and training of staff.
  3. Identify ongoing staff training needs.
  4. Support the Registered Manager in planning sufficient staff.
  5. Provide guidance and ongoing supervision to enable staff to effectively carry out their roles.
  6. Take a leadership role in the development and implementation of the clinical strategy.
  7. Participate in the on-call rota.
