Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Perms Division at KPI Recruiting Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing client relationships, building a strong sales pipeline, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement sales marketing strategies
  • Lead client-facing sales meetings and presentations
  • Manage sales activity and pipeline performance
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to the Commercial Director
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in business development and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Commercially minded with a focus on business growth
