Business Development Manager Opportunity

Adecco is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client based in Crewe, Cheshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the MD and Senior Business Development Manager to develop and implement sales strategies.
  2. Generate sales campaigns to drive business growth and expansion.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to increase sales revenue.
  4. Provide feedback and suggestions on marketing collateral to improve its effectiveness.
  5. Attend networking events to establish and maintain industry connections.
  6. Meet with clients to sell the features and benefits of the business and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in business development and sales strategy.
  2. Commercially aware with a business-savvy nature and excellent communication skills.
  3. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and meet/exceed sales targets.
  4. Proactive and can-do attitude with excellent organisational skills.
