About the Role:

Pertemps Bond is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Crewe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our commercial relationships with clients, driving business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and revenue.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Account Management: Manage and develop our existing client base, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Recruitment and Planning: Recruit, interview and plan HGV drivers into work, ensuring seamless delivery of our services to clients.
  • Operational Management: Work closely with our operations team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of our services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record of success in business development, account management and sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Qualifications: Full UK driving license and a degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
