Business Development Manager

Adecco is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client based in Crewe, Cheshire.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the MD and Senior Business Development Manager to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Generate and execute sales campaigns to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote the features and benefits of the business.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on marketing materials to enhance their effectiveness.
- Attend networking events and conferences to expand the client's professional network.
- Proven experience in business development and sales strategy.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and results-driven attitude.
