Business Development Manager Opportunity

Adecco is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client based in Crewe, Cheshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the MD and Senior Business Development Manager to develop and implement sales strategies.
  2. Generate and execute sales campaigns to drive business growth.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote the features and benefits of the business.
  4. Provide feedback and suggestions on marketing materials to enhance their effectiveness.
  5. Attend networking events and conferences to expand the client's professional network.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in business development and sales strategy.
  2. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Proactive and results-driven attitude.
