We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Development Manager to join our team at RSM. As a key member of our Consulting division, you will be responsible for selling the NetSuite Software portfolio of solutions to mid-tier and corporate clients across various business sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling ERP solutions, CRM/Financials solutions, and software and services. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing sales strategies to meet targets and budgets within agreed timescales.

You will work closely with the Head of Sales, Presales, Consulting, and Marketing support teams to achieve sales targets and business aims. Key responsibilities include planning and prioritizing personal sales activities, managing software and services mix, pricing, and margins, and developing and winning new customers through ethical sales methods.

The successful candidate will have excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will be responsible for communicating and negotiating internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable ongoing relationships.
