Account Manager Role

Nter Talent is proud to support our client, a leading multinational company, in their search for an Account Manager to join their team.

Our client specializes in delivering top-tier business services, with a strong focus on the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand the drivers behind customers wishing to close their accounts by analyzing and exploring current data on various CRM systems.
  • Oversee customer growth, training, and development of best practices to continually drive business value and return on the customer's investment.
  • Direct customers quickly and efficiently to additional help resources, personally helping with questions/issues.
  • Regular check-in calls and account reviews to assess and track levels of satisfaction.
  • Track customer activity to identify churn risk and work proactively via targeted outreach campaigns to eliminate that risk, while simultaneously identifying and closing upsell opportunities when applicable.

Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building positive relationships.
  • Commercial acumen with a good track record of similar roles responsibilities with significant commercial results.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Competitive base salary of £25,000 - £27,000 per year with an OTE of £45,000.
