Business Development Manager Opportunity

Adecco UK Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client based in Crewe, Cheshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in generating new business opportunities and driving commercial growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Generate sales campaigns and develop marketing collateral
  • Work closely with the MD and Senior Business Development Manager to achieve sales targets
  • Provide feedback and suggestions on marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • Strong background in Business Development and sales
  • Commercially aware with a business-savvy nature
  • Proven experience in building relationships and meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive and can-do attitude
