Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Acosta Europe. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our business strategy by providing expert HR advice and guidance to our managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on employment law, company policies, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including managers, employees, and external partners.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance colleague skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics and trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Assume responsibility for maintaining the integrity of HR data and systems.
- Administer employee relations activities, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
- Develop and maintain company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice.
- Consult with external experts, such as employment lawyers, to ensure expert advice and guidance.
Requirements
- Strong professional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent customer service or stakeholder management skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust.
- Adaptable, with a willingness to reprioritize based on operational or business needs.
- A strong multitasker, able to plan, organize, and follow through to task completion.
- Solutions-orientated, with good decision-making skills.
- A passion for detail, with a desire to grow and learn.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with an employee relations focus.
- CIPD level 5 or working towards the qualification would be an advantage.
- Familiar with regulations and governance pertaining to employment law in the UK.
