Senior HR Business Partner

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will partner with managers across various business units to shape and implement strategies that align with both short and long-term business goals. You will provide strategic HR business partnering services, offering guidance and support to managers in talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic HR business partnering services to managers across various business units.
  2. Coach and guide managers on company policies and industry best practice.
  3. Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, mediating where necessary and working towards positive outcomes.
  4. Design and implement effective strategies to manage and navigate periods of change, such as acquisitions, restructuring, and growth initiatives.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  1. A graduate member of the CIPD, with a strong track record of providing HR Business Partner services within a fast-paced environment.
  2. Proven expertise in employee relations, change management, and project delivery.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS.
  4. Strong coaching and training skills, with the ability to support talent management initiatives.
  5. Experience in driving employee engagement and promoting diversity and inclusion.
