Role Details

Job Title: HR Business Partner

Salary: £35,000

No of Hours: 37.5 Hours per week

Bonus: Performance Related Bonus

Equipment Provided: Mobile Phone and Laptop

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain company policies and guidelines in line with best practice and current employment law regulations.
  • Consult with employment lawyers for expert advice and guidance to mitigate risk and commercial exposure.
  • Monitor employee relations activity, provide insight and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Create focus on fleet management and support line manages and colleagues to minimise risk to personal safety.
  • Be a custodian of the company policies and 8 ways of working by active demonstration, commitment and adherence.
  • Develop trusted and valued relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with wider HR/People Team on key people initiatives.
  • Work in partnership with Payroll to maintain the integrity of the people master data.
  • Develop professional alliances with third-party vendors.
  • Successfully deliver the HR/People strategy.

Education / Qualifications required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience in a similar role with an employee relations focus.
  • CIPD level 5 or working towards the qualification would be an advantage.
  • Familiar with regulations and governance pertaining to employment law in the UK.
