About the Role

As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in delivering proactive and professional HR advice that drives business success. You will collaborate closely with senior managers to diagnose issues, identify needs, and provide creative solutions aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and advise on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, attendance, and probations, to effective resolution.
  • Work with the HR team to undertake various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of HR procedures and policies, and ensure their effective communication and implementation across the business.
  • Influence managers to embed HR processes and ensure a culture of excellence.
  • Deliver training sessions to managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Identify and assess HR issues that require attention from the wider HR team, and take necessary action.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide meaningful data and recommendations.
  • Work with the HR Business Partner to embed our values into the organizational culture, identifying key areas for cultural development.
  • Promote participation in our Pulse Point Survey and support analysis of results and creation of action plans.
  • Support the HR Business Partner in promoting Employee Forums and addressing points raised.
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent working relationships with managers and employees to support business needs.
  • Experience in generalist HR operations, including employee relations and resourcing.
  • Ability to provide solutions-based HR advice, based on a sound knowledge of employment law, best practice, and commercial awareness.
  • Knowledge of Training and Development processes.
  • Good IT skills, including MS Office, email, Excel, and SAP.
  • Experience in performance management processes and procedures.
  • Experience in payroll and salary review processes and administration cycles.
