Job Title: HR Advisor



About the Role:



This exciting opportunity is available for a skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Acosta Europe. As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our HR strategy and ensuring the effective management of employee relations.



Main Responsibilities:



The HR Advisor will be responsible for:




  • Providing expert advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
  • Developing and maintaining company policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to design and deliver training initiatives, talent attraction, and onboarding programs.
  • Working closely with Payroll to maintain accurate and timely data transfers.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, managers, and external partners.

  • Solutions-oriented, with good decision-making skills.
  • A passion for detail and a desire to grow and learn.
  • The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.


Education and Qualifications:



The successful candidate will possess:




  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in a similar HR role, with a focus on employee relations.
  • CIPD level 5 or working towards the qualification would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with regulations and governance pertaining to employment law in the UK.
  • Competent user of HRIS – Cascade would be an advantage.
