Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, absence management, and disciplinary matters.
  2. Lead and support the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, advertising vacancies, shortlisting, interviewing, and managing the offer process.
  3. Manage employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinaries, conducting investigations, and advising on appropriate actions.
  4. Support the performance review and development processes, providing guidance to managers on best practices.
  5. Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures across the UK and Ireland.
  6. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring all data is up to date and in compliance with GDPR.

  8. Provide support with learning and development activities, including identifying training needs and coordinating development programmes.
