Human Resources Professional

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide expert advice on employee relations and management issues, as well as manage disciplinary and grievance cases.
Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance on employee relations and management issues to ensure compliance with UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Manage disciplinary and grievance cases, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Lead critical HR processes, such as recruitment, performance reviews, compensation planning, and promotions, in line with HR guidelines.
- Coordinate organisational changes to meet business needs, including restructures, outsourcing, relocation, job development opportunities, and mergers and acquisitions activity.
- Ensure managers are equipped to manage their own grievances, disciplinaries, performance, and management processes, including complex cases.
- Work closely with the HR Manager to forecast workforce demand and identify opportunities to improve performance through metric analysis.
- Monitor absence and manage long-term sickness cases.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in advising managers on employee relations and management issues.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Experience of leading critical HR processes, such as recruitment, performance reviews, compensation planning, and promotions.
- Proficiency in using HR management software and the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- CIPD qualification or relevant HR degree is desirable.
