Job Title: Regional Director Support Specialist

Location: Chesterfield

Salary: 31,200.00 GBP per annum

This role requires an experienced and skilled personal assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the regional director at our Chesterfield site. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in motortrade and a deep understanding of dealership processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Coordinate meetings, book meeting rooms, and arrange catering with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize travel schedules, settle expenses, and ensure seamless execution of business trips.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare reports, emails, letters, and other documents using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with precision and accuracy.
  • Customer Liaison: Field and action incoming correspondence, providing timely responses and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Team Management: Supervise the Centralised Switchboard Team at the Chesterfield site, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Health and Safety: Conduct regular checks at the Chesterfield branch, coordinate activities across the Region, and promote a safe working environment.
  • Facilities Management: Support maintenance team scheduling, ensuring facilities operate smoothly and efficiently.
