SEND Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a SEND Support Specialist. As a key member of our school community, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
About the Role- Supporting students during lessons and activities
- Managing pupil personalised learning based on their individual needs
- Delivering 1:1 or small group activities
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and have a passion for working with young people. Experience working in a school setting and familiarity with SEND pupils is desirable.
