We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning and Behaviour Mentor to join our team in Chesterfield. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children with SEND, while developing your own skills and expertise.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children with complex needs, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances. They will also possess a valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle, as they will be required to travel between schools and locations.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus benefits such as free safeguarding training, CV writing support, and access to professional development opportunities.
