We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor in Secondary schools. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and develop your skills and expertise as a teaching assistant.
About the Job
As a Cover Supervisor, you will lead lessons of approximately 30 pupils in the class teacher's absence. You will cover classes across the full range of secondary school subjects, without needing to be a subject specialist.
You will be an organised and motivated individual who is able to adapt to changing situations and priorities. A comprehensive training programme is provided to equip you with the necessary skills to succeed in this role.
This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain experience in a Secondary school setting before pursuing Initial Teacher Training.
The salary for this role is approximately £18,000-£22,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
