Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEN in academic and social settings.
  • Develop and implement adaptive teaching strategies to meet individual learner needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting is highly valued.
  • A strong understanding of Special Educational Needs and exceptional interpersonal skills.

We offer comprehensive in-house training, CPD courses, and a supportive team environment. The estimated salary for this role is £22,550 - £25,000 per annum, with a daily rate of £95-£105.
