Learning and Behaviour Mentor Role

Empowering Learning is seeking a dedicated Learning and Behaviour Mentor to join our team in Chesterfield. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a specialist school setting.
This rewarding role requires someone who is passionate about empowering young people and providing individualised support to help them reach their full potential. You will work closely with teachers, teaching assistants, and other professionals to develop and implement tailored learning plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a school setting, preferably with SEND pupils, and possess excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. A valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential for this role, as you will be required to travel between schools and locations.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as free safeguarding training, CV writing support, and access to professional development opportunities.
