Sales and Partnership Development Manager

We're seeking an accomplished Sales and Partnership Development Manager to spearhead our retail expansion across Scotland and Northern Ireland, South East England, and the Midlands/South West England regions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and build strong partnerships with our Retailer Network.
Your primary objective will be to manage the growth of our Retailer Network, ensuring seamless onboarding, training, logistics, and sales process execution. You will establish and maintain close relationships with individual Retailer Partners, fostering trust and collaboration as we expand our presence in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and partnership strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution of sales initiatives.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations to address these findings.
- Maintain open communication channels with Retailer Partners, providing timely support and addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular business reviews with Retailer Partners to discuss sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and set goals for future growth.
- Develop and manage budgets to achieve sales targets, ensuring effective use of resources and optimal return on investment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.
Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including performance-based bonuses, generous holiday entitlement, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
